TheВ opening reception for вЂњ All Art Arizona 2012вЂќВ takes place Sat, June 2 fromВ 7-9pm. Recently PBS debuted a series about WWII dubbed вЂњ The War,вЂќ written by Geoffrey C. It was produced by Steve Kalafer and Cynthia Van Cleef, and directed by Bruce Norfleet. The вЂњ Price of FreedomвЂќ album, available online from Spire Music, features songsВ such asВ вЂњPearl Harbor,вЂќ вЂњEnlisting,вЂќ вЂњComing HomeвЂќ and вЂњYour Brother By Your Side.вЂќДЄ fillm called вЂњ The Price of Freedom,вЂќ which recounts the lives of a small group of WWII veterans, premieredВ during 2008 on PBS. The production features music by Rob Gardner and lyrics/stories by McKane Davis. Hale Theatre Centre in Gilbert presents вЂњThe Price of FreedomвЂќ Sept. The new 42,000 square-foot Hale Centre Theatre opened in West Valley City in 1998, with the production вЂњThank You Papa.вЂќ The theater features a unique moving stage with the same spiralift system used in Las VegasвЂ™s blockbuster cirque de soleil, вЂњMys tГЁre.Scenes from Letters Home produced by Griffin Theatre CompanyДЄ pair of productions coming to Valley stages were inspired by letters written during times of war. After breaking into the movie industry proved challenging, the Hales opened the Glendale Centre Theatre, because 'Nathan could play any role he desired if they started their own theatre.' ДЄfter 36 years, the Hales sold the Glendale Centre Theatre to their daughter Sandra and her husband Allan Dietlein so they could retire in Southern Utah. Ruth and Nathan Hale were involved in community theater in the Salt Lake area, but moved to California in 1945 so Nathan could pursue an acting career in film.
